Took my vehicle in for an oil change, alignment check and to investigate a noise it was making when turning. They later called and stated I needed a new axle shaft and that it would be ready in 2 days. Calle to investigate a noise it was making when turning. They later called and stated I needed a new axle shaft and that it would be ready in 2 days. Called on the afternoon of the second day and was told it would be done the next week. Unfortunately when I picked it up the next week, I found a bank deposit receipt for a bank that I do not bank at. They noted that they had done 2 test drives on my invoice and that they had driven a total of 9 miles. It looks as if someone used my vehicle to run a personal errand to their bank and left the receipt in my car. I reported this to them and am unsure if they will follow up. Following the timeline on the bank receipt, it appears that the trip to the bank occurred after they called to tell me the axle needed repair, so there would be no reason for further test drives and they knew that a significant repair was needed but chose to operate my vehicle anyway. Scheduled two services a week in advance, drop vehicle at 8am. Had vehicle all day. Was told the next morning vehicle was ready.
