I purchased an expensive 2026 GMC Sierra Denali from the Greg Lair dealership. For some reason the Adaptive Cruise Control is not working properly so I took my truck to the dealership for them to fix it. Greg Lair dealership. For some reason the Adaptive Cruise Control is not working properly so I took my truck to the dealership for them to fix it. They were prompt and friendly; however, Mr. Shaw said the issue is common to 2026 trucks. They reset the camara for me which temporarily solved the problem but didn't fix it. I waited a month and contacted them early this morning since I have not heard a peep from them. The service guy looked it up and said Mr. Shaw would contact me today. Well, he didn't contact me. It would have been nice if he contacted me and at least told me he was researching the problem. Looks like Greg Lair is a wind bag when it comes to his exceptional service department!!! More

And Doug the General Manager and Greg the owner came by to say hello and make sure we were comfortable and our needs were being met. Then William in Finance was very informative and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing with add-ons and financing - no pressure, just help so that our needs were met.
