Research before buying. Researched, visited and discussed actual End of Year New Vehicle Costs with 10 different Honda Dealerships over a 3 week period. All Honda Dealerships Researched, visited and discussed actual End of Year New Vehicle Costs with 10 different Honda Dealerships over a 3 week period. All Honda Dealerships vehicles were $2K-$5K over Fair Market Value (FMV). Some salesmen work on commission and others an hourly wage. Knew additional costs were included in the invoice price through costly Honda Dealer’s Incentive Rebate offers with these costs being passed on to buyer. Majority of dealerships remained unwilling to discuss or disclose their Hidden MarkUp Costs. GMH salesman was friendly and courteous. Called to speak to the General Manager but learned afterward I was actually negotiating FMV with yet another salesman staff which turned out Ok. Eventually, I did receive a quote within the FMV range. GMH Staff did go out of their way to help an out of area customer. Would recommend Dealership to other New Car Buyers. More

The experience was good customer service. I liked that we did everything over the phone after I filled out the application on line. Dalton was wonderful. I got approved quickly. Car Service Saturday I brought my car in for service. My wait time to be addressed was longer than usual, due to the customer service representative dealing with Saturday I brought my car in for service. My wait time to be addressed was longer than usual, due to the customer service representative dealing with a customer on the phone. Once my car was checked in to be serviced, my wait time was normal. The person that checked me out was very helpful because I left my card at home to pay for the service that was performed. However, she patiently assisted me in assessing the wallet app on my phone to pay for services rendered. I had never used the app and greatly appreciated her assistance. Job well done! More
