The customer service has been subpar, you’re not greeted in the driveway like at other dealerships, and the service agent who checked me in just stuck her hand out and said “keys” without even looking up. When I received by vehicle back it appeared that someone went through my backseat and items had been moved. However, they were helpful in letting me know that the oil plan I was sold when I bought my car is not through Honda and helped me figure that out. More
