After my last interaction with Greg May, I took my car to the Subaru Dealership down the street to trade it in. Greg May is unresponsive at best and aggressively dismissive and uncommunicative at worst. I to the Subaru Dealership down the street to trade it in. I took my car in twice to get a recall fixed, and the service representative did not mentioned that the part wasn't in stock either time. The general manager ignored most of my complaints, blaming my concerns about communication problems on parts delays due to COVID. His response to an email was all I needed to know that I never wanted to deal with Greg May Honda again. More

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. In the past, at other dealerships, most male salesmen don’t or barely acknowledge me (woman), even if the new vehicle is for me.
