Wrecker service to have my car towed to the dealership. She said I would be responsible for the towing charge, finally she told me to call Honda roadside assistance. Would of been nice for her to mention that in the first place. When my car was picked up, I called Greg May Honda to let them know my car was being towed to their dealership the girl told me I had to come in and sign some paper for them to work on my car, I asked why since it was under warranty and she again said unless I came in they would not look at my car. I drove over to the dealership and a man names Allan in customer service helped me, telling me that they already had my car in the shop diagnosed as a bad battery, I told him one of the customer service girls said I had to come in and sign some paperwork before they would look at it, he shook his head and said no, and Apologized. Waste of my time going over there, not very professional, both girls in customer service heard our conversation, but neither apologized. More
