I am 76yo woman and my husband has dementia and is 81. March 2018 I paid $1514.38. On Oct 2018 I paid $1742.39. On June 2020 I paid 1384.49. On Feb 2021 I paid $2712.07. When I picked up car Feb and paid $2712.07 they stated chck engine light is still on but we checked it all out and it is okay, don't worry about it. We will order seat belt buckle covered by warrant and we will check it out again when you come in. Then the artic ice storm hit Texas. They were supposed to call me when order came in and never did so I finally called them. They said it was in and bring car in... I did and that is when they informed me the transmission was going out and it was not "feasible" to fix April 6, 2021. Allen said do not buy one from salvage yard you will be no better off. Do no flush transmission because more than likely it is dealing with blockage. Only thing might do is get remanufactured transmission... which would be $3000-$4000 and labor would be about $1715. Allen did not say I can order one for you. I can take care of you. I felt like they did not want my business. The Honda is 2001 so 21 years old. I bought in Abilene Texas new. Car not worth $2000. So now at my age I have car I can not use for fear it will break down on me. I wish I had been advised of this policy of car not worth it to fix BEFORE I paid $2712 in Feb 2021 or even $1586.49. I would not even rate 1 star.......... and I am sharing my story with all to warn them...............Allen and Christina are the Honda employees at Greg May Honda I talke with................ More

Would be 5 but I’m always told there is no loaner car and repair time was 3 weeks longer than originally told. Did not provide loaner car until 3 weeks into repair. Would have given a five star rating but after the tire rotation the system indicated there was a tire low on air as I drove off the parking lot of the dealership. Tire pressure was where it should be. I calibrated the vehicle and all seemed well until the following day the warning light came on again. Tire pressure is where it should be on all four tires. Calibrated again and this time it seems to have worked. More
