Was told 961 over the phone. When I showed was told 1085 was my cost. I questioned it and was told I was wrong. I was then fast talked out the door. I have been very happy with my service here in the past. This dealership needs help. I can say my salesperson and my service advisor were great at helping me with all of the problems I have had getting this Honda. Management did help me but they don’t reply bac my service advisor were great at helping me with all of the problems I have had getting this Honda. Hopefully they will find a auto detailer that will actually wash the car before rubbing the paint out. My wheels and tires were still dirty I don’t get it there is no reason why this didn’t get completed 100%. Maybe Kyle can call and explain but I doubt it. More
Spent $427 with this dealership and will say that I will never return. They will not fix what they broke. The disrespect I encountered with General manager Kyle Binner. I dropped my car off for a scheduled appointment for a recall repair that had been scheduled for a month. Around 2 hours after dropping off my car, I received a call from Greg May Honda saying they didn’t recall repair that had been scheduled for a month. Around 2 hours after dropping off my car, I received a call from Greg May Honda saying they didn’t have the part in, even though the appointment had been scheduled for a month. When I finally received my car after the repair was done, a part was out of place and just setting on my back seat. It is apparent that this place is incredibly unorganized and fail to double check the vehicles before handing the keys back to their customers. I don’t feel safe in my car knowing that they gave me my car back with parts just laying on the seat. I refuse to bring my car back to this Honda dealership. I have had a similar experience at this dealership in the past where screws were left on the floorboard after. A simple airbag replacement. More
