I took my 6 month old car in for 3 recalls. They told me when I checked in at the dealership that it would take 4 hours to do the work, but had the work done in an hour. When I went to get the car I figured when I checked in at the dealership that it would take 4 hours to do the work, but had the work done in an hour. When I went to get the car I figured out at least part of why they cut the time, a part was dangling off the door. When I pointed out the problem, they quickly fixed it. When I drove out, my LKAS and ACC didn't work, so I returned to the dealer. Turns out a technician changed the settings and it was another quick fix. When they sent the survey, I mentioned all the issues. Their service manager called to complain about my not giving them a stellar review. He was more upset about my giving them a poor review than that they left a part dangling when they did the repair. The service manager blamed me for not knowing the technician had changed my car setting. The service manager bragged about them telling customers it would take four hours for a one hour job so they could "under promise and over deliver". Think about that. Their policy is not to know what is actually happening in their repair shop and accurately tell customers what is going on so customers could plan, but to greet customers with a lie first off. When I told Honda corporation about this, they haven't even bothered to respond. So if you take your car to Greg May Honda for repair, realize that they will start the process with a lie rather than do the hard work of knowing what is going on, that they will be more worried about you saying something bad about them than the fact that they did such a poor job that they left parts dangling off the car and that Honda corporation won't care. Buyer beware. More

Please wear masks. I won’t be returning to this dealership because of the lack of mask wearing by employees. I did not see any evidence of social distancing which made it worse. We have 2019 Ridgeline which suffered from extreme hood waffling. The first recall repair didn’t work so Alan (Allen) got a replacement approved, got it in, got it painted and did the recall repair just waffling. We took a hundred mile round trip today, passed and met semis a mobile home’s moving, not even a whisper of movement. We think Alan is the best! He tackled the problem, got it fixed and was pleasant in all phases. More
