The worst repair service/dealership experience I've ever had, by far. My service repair technician (Allan Hale) and the others in the service department lacked integrity and transparency in their dealings w had, by far. My service repair technician (Allan Hale) and the others in the service department lacked integrity and transparency in their dealings with me, regarding extra charges and their handling of the repair. They attempted to charge my insurance for a rental car for a loaner vehicle that they told me was a dealership "courtesy" (Someone called this an attempt to make a fraudulent charges although I won't). Despite state and local city mandates to wear masks in Waco, Texas due to the rising number of COVID cases (and deaths) in Texas when my service was done, the dealership employees were not wearing masks inside and there a sign explaining why they didn't need to ("no one knows if masks help protect regarding COVID" and if you have mental or physical health issues you don't have to wear a mask). I directly told the repair tech (Allan) that I needed things to be handled with special care and my vehicle sanitized and then left with noone in the vehicle overnight due to helping my 97 yr old grandma - he did not do any of what he said he would and simple things I requested in this regard, and charged me for a special covid sanitizing and then had people in the care afterwards. This experience was beyond frustrating in a very frustrating and stressful time. I attempted to speak with both the general manager (Kyle Binner) three times and the owner (Greg May) regarding my terrible experience (that cost me over $2900 with $2400 of that being in labor on a brand new car bought two months prior) Neither the GM nor the owner had the time nor care to call me back. If you are able to go elsewhere please do - do not go to this dealership for service or to buy a car (I looked into that at Greg May as well) - my takeaway is that $$$$ is their highest priority and the customer's needs or concerns simply are not that important. More
