Despite our vehicle clearly still under warranty, they wanted to do a very expensive repair to the FRONT suspension which included an alignment. Upon receiving the 'status report' phone call I asked many questions receiving answers which made little sense, being strongly defended as that's what the mechanic found when it was on the rack. I declined the repair, getting a second opinion from an independent shop who confirmed that was not the issue. They could not pin point the repair, stating I needed to return to the dealer and have them correctly identify the issue, getting it repaired UNDER WARRANTY. Returned to Greg May Honda wanting to know why their 'recommended' repair was not covered by the warranty. After receiving a BS explanation, where assumptions were flowing to justify their incorrect assessment, was eventually assisted by Service Manager Trent Fedro. He was very friendly & helpful, to include going on a test drive verifying the clunk sound. Bottom line, a correct repair was completed under warranty . . . but it should NOT have required so much work on my part after receiving a very obvious incorrect diagnosis! More

Oil Change I was immediately greeted by a service rep. My info was quickly available on the computer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did feel that I was there longer than I expected for them to locate the hole in the tire. It was over an hour wait before I went back to question the time and they had there longer than I expected for them to locate the hole in the tire. It was over an hour wait before I went back to question the time and they had not yet taken the tire off to locate the hole so I was there 2 hours for them to plug a hole in my tire. Also, there were only 2 people waiting when I arrived. More
