Service Visit on 07/09/20: Christina was my primary service interface. She is superb and provided me with quick, professional and courteous customer support. This aspect of the customer experience was a 10/10. She organized the vehicle inspection 2 hours before drop off, clarified the scope, and coordinated my shuttle to/from my office. The part of the service visit that was lacking: 1) Greg May does not wash the exterior/interior of your vehicle when you pay $300+ for a service; I've purchased 3 new Hondas and this dealership is the only one which does not clean the exterior of your vehicle; 2) When I booked the appointment, it was the fourth time my battery had failed in 6 months. My Honda CRV is 2 years and 7 months old. Disappointed that Honda has a 3 years or 30K miles --whatever comes first -- as their warranty policy regarding their branded car batteries. More

Went to pick up our Honda after a brake job. Couldn’t drive over 30mph without a horrible wobble on the rear. Went back and was told it was test driven. That’s ridiculous. No one could even test drive this in a parking lot much less the road where we tried to drive. Turns out we were told ONE of the lugs was loose. Whatever. We were given a car with one of the wheels not tightened at all. I know what that’s like. One lug wouldn’t cause a wobble like that where the wheel might fall off. Lowe’s. More
