We have a car where this dealer put in a new engine. $4000! And the car won’t keep a charge on the battery. It has a slow draw of some kind and we can’t park it at the airport because it is dead every t $4000! And the car won’t keep a charge on the battery. It’s been there Months now. It’s Like we don’t need Our car???!!! More

There is a huge lack of communication between the the employees and customer. There is also a lack of care about quality service and satisfaction . It took 3 full days without a car to tell me they coul employees and customer. There is also a lack of care about quality service and satisfaction . It took 3 full days without a car to tell me they could not fix my car and Honda would not do anything about it because it was “minor “ I will not use this dealer or service department again . My car is still under complete factory warranty and I’ve only had it a few months .. So disappointed More

It was great! The service was good my car is running good as new. They even offer to take you places with the Honda van while your car is in service. Only issue is that the waiting area is not the comfiest. as new. They even offer to take you places with the Honda van while your car is in service.
