This rating applies only to the service department. I bought my Honda civic on March 4 of this year and soon after buying it I noticed that it had a very slow leak (Losing about 10 to 15 psi over the cou bought my Honda civic on March 4 of this year and soon after buying it I noticed that it had a very slow leak (Losing about 10 to 15 psi over the course of an entire week) in the front passenger tire. I refilled it several times myself but when the leak kept recurring I took some time off work to bring it in to the dealership, as fixing leaks is supposed to be covered by my warranty. I told the people at the service desk which tire was leaking and about how long it took for it to leak down. After looking at it they said they could not find a leak but that they would keep the service ticket open and instructed me to bring it back in the next time that it bled down, and they would repair it then. The same tire bled down and I refilled it a few more times before I could get the time off work to come in to get the tire repaired. This time when I brought it in the service tech came out and told me that my tires were all different types and were all in poor condition, some more than others. He said that I should get all four replaced. This being only only two months after purchasing the vehicle (And only 210 miles by the odometer). I asked why they had sold it to me with tires that were in need of replacement on it. To which he replied that the “vehicle is purchased as is”. I am extremely unhappy with the fact that I’m being told I need to spend $649.73 to replace tires on a car I bought two months ago. More

Great experience! I came in for an oil change, but ended up needing tires too. They said they could get the tires in an hour, so instead of waiting there, they have I came in for an oil change, but ended up needing tires too. They said they could get the tires in an hour, so instead of waiting there, they have a driver that took to me to a shopping center and dropped me off, then they came back and picked me up when my car was done.
