Rude service from Allen. We asked them to take a look at a door handle while the van was in for a recall fix, but they forgot. Customer Service could be better The work was completed in the 3 hour timeframe they gave me, but customer service wasn't great. I had to drive from 45 minutes away, with my young ch The work was completed in the 3 hour timeframe they gave me, but customer service wasn't great. I had to drive from 45 minutes away, with my young children in tow, and my appointment was at noon. They told me they offered a shuttle service to take you somewhere while your car was being worked on, so I figured I would have them drop us off at a local restaurant for lunch - but I ended up having to wait an hour and a half in the lobby before this kid finally walked up and asked if we needed a ride. After the first hour I went back to the front desk where someone said "He still hasn't got you? I'm so sorry about that." And then I sat some more for another 30 minutes, with my 2 small children, in the lobby, in front of a service desk teeming with people, and no one came up and told me why it was taking so long or said anything at all to me. When we finally got in the van, the kid started driving off before I had time to finish buckling my children up, and didn't offer any help or tips with one of the seatbelts that was disconnected that I had to figure out. I called the dealership after we were done eating to make sure someone was going to pick us up at 2:30 like I had written on the form they asked me to write on, and the man who answered said my car was done but he didn't even know that I wasn't at the dealership and had been looking for me. He said someone was on their way to get me now and someone would go over some service suggestions for my car when I got there. When he picked us up the kid again started driving off without me being able to get my kids buckled up. I got back to the dealership, and everything went fine, but no one went over any recommended services - I was just handed a packet with several pages of service suggestions but I'm not sure what is recommended maintenance or if there is something actually wrong with my car. Given, I didn't ask anyone, but I just expected better customer service from a place like this. More
