Safety Inspection Plus I arrived well in time for my appointment for a safety inspection of my Honda CR-V, and requesred a multipoint inspection and a look at need for a fro I arrived well in time for my appointment for a safety inspection of my Honda CR-V, and requesred a multipoint inspection and a look at need for a front end alignment. About 1 1/2 hours later I was advised to have an alignment done to the front and rear wheels, which I readily authorized. About 1 hour or so later I was informed the work was completed. The wait time of approximately 3 hours was not my usual experience with them, for the work that was done. At one point, one of the service reps noticed my length of time sitting the waiting area, and asked if I had been helped (for which I was grateful someone noticed). But all that said, the service was done well, my needs were satisfied, and everyone there was professional and courteous. I intend to continue taking my car to them for service because of the previous very good service experiences they have provided, and I have confidence they have the training and parts for my car. More

Always trying to sell service The people who work here are nice, but every time I call for an appointment, I get a sales pitch to do this or that to my car (purchased there and has The people who work here are nice, but every time I call for an appointment, I get a sales pitch to do this or that to my car (purchased there and has 32,000 miles). Then when I get there, another push to do transmission and brake services plus rotate tires. Keep in mind I have BRAND NEW tires on the vehicle. Even with an appointment, I am usually there 1.5 hours for an oil change. It is not very convenient and very disappointing to get that sales pitch all the time. I did get a cabin filter ($60). Those people work on commission so it is pressure on them to pressure us. :( More

Car had a defect in the air conditioning from the start Car had a problem from the start. I was hoping to not have a use for the service department. The service was good.
