Usually, the 'finance office' is the part of the dealership experience people dread waiting for hours and getting pressured into things you don't need. Working with Branko was the complete opposite. He sat down with me and actually explained the specific maintenance realities of the Audi platform. He didn't just throw a generic warranty at me; he helped me structure a protection plan that covered the specific components that matter for this car, all while staying within my budget. It’s rare to find a Finance Director who acts more like a consultant than a salesperson. The paperwork was ready when I arrived, the numbers matched exactly what we discussed, and I drove away feeling genuinely secure in my purchase.
