After 5 hours of searching finally contacted Ford located the problem and replaced the part under warranty. Super people to work with, never saw one sign of frustration only dedication and determination to get the problem for us fixed. More

I'm a little disappointed in the Ranger itself - seems like I've had a lot of problems for only 56,000 plus miles. But I'm using it as if it was a real truck: up-and-down the mountain, hauling lumber, cement, timbers, pulling utility trailers and man lifts, and hauling slash. So I need to keep it serviced and in good working order, a different vehicle in not an option in the foreseeable future. I plan to have Greiner do my routine servicing from now on, as I think the quick lube service businesses are missing some of the details and the Greiner price is competitive. More
