We recently received emails and calls from Grieco Acura, Seekonk, to come in to the dealership for deals as both our 2023 RDX and MDX leases are maturing. The promotion posted deals of $139 for RDX and $229 Seekonk, to come in to the dealership for deals as both our 2023 RDX and MDX leases are maturing. The promotion posted deals of $139 for RDX and $229 for MDX - which naturally peeked our curiosity as our current leases are quadruple those amounts! However, Craig, the salesperson we met today, was outright condescending when we highlighted the posted deals and suggested that we need to consider Toyota Corolla if we’re considering such rates! We told him that was totally uncalled for especially when those are rates being advertised by Greico themselves! He later shared with us a proposed quote for a new RDX but called it a “STUPID” deal and quickly withheld the hardcopy of the quote when we wanted to take it home with us to deliberate. We are appalled by his crude and crass behavior and left immediately! When we called to highlight this unacceptable sales behavior, the manager named “Bobby” completely missed the point of our call and focused on the quote instead of the issue of the shockingly poor customer service! This experience is beyond unprofessional and disappointing as the service rendered back in 2022-2023 by the then salesperson named “Andrew” was so excellent that we decided to take up both the RDX and MDX! Grieco Acura needs to seriously step-up on their customer service! We’ve decided to take our business elsewhere instead and will certainly not going to recommend this dealership to anyone! More

The online sales associate (Ashley Adams) confirmed it was available and scheduled me for a test drive at 10am Monday when the sales floor first opens. I specifically told her to let me know if it sells so I don't waste a trip there. This morning (Monday) I get not one but two calls from Mike at the dealership to confirm I am still coming in... his second call was when I was literally 3 minutes from getting to the dealership. I get there at 9:57am and go inside to get the test drive under way... a sales associate goes to get the key fob and comes back a few minutes later to tell me the car was actually sold, How on earth is the communication at this dealership so bad!?!? I drove 45 minutes with SAME DAY reassurance that the car was available and in fact, it wasn't. Stay far away from this dealership and do business with one who can communicate well. More
I recently encountered a tragic unexpected repair on my car. Greg in service showed true empathy and helped me out with pricing and a loaner car. Greg made the tragic news for me a little better, explaining the details of the cars situation and making sure I had a car to drive while other issues with car was being attended to and had to stay at dealership. Adrian was my salesperson and he was so wonderful to work with. And my finance manager, Nathalie, made the whole experience seamless. Beware of Grieco Acura – Deceptive Sales Practices & Lack of Accountability I purchased a vehicle from Grieco Acura in Seekonk, MA, on November 16, 2023, and had a terrible experience with their finance d of Accountability I purchased a vehicle from Grieco Acura in Seekonk, MA, on November 16, 2023, and had a terrible experience with their finance department and customer service. Here’s what happened: 🔹 Unauthorized Charges Added to My Loan I specifically requested only GAP insurance, but later discovered that nearly $5,000 in additional charges (including a warranty and key protection) were added to my financing without my knowledge or consent. They used an electronic tap-to-sign system, which did not allow me to manually approve or decline these charges. 🔹 Missing & Altered Documents When I reviewed my paperwork, I realized that Page 2 of my contract, which should have detailed the breakdown of charges, was missing. I also have proof that my actual signature does not match the electronic signature used, raising concerns about how these add-ons were processed. 🔹 Sketchy Handling of a Refund Attempt When I went back to the dealership to dispute the charges, they initially offered only a prorated refund (which I refused because I never agreed to these charges in the first place). Even worse, when they tried to process the refund, they handed me a document that contained another customer’s personal information, then whited out the other person’s details and tried to get me to sign over it. 🔹 Now They’re Avoiding Answering in Writing I filed a BBB complaint, and instead of responding to my direct questions, they asked me to call them—which I refused, because I want everything documented. When I told them to respond in writing, they read my message but never replied. 🚨 Final Warning to Others If you are buying a car from Grieco Acura, be very careful with your financing paperwork. Check every page before signing, because they may slip in charges without telling you. If you have already purchased a car from them, review your contract to make sure nothing extra was added without your approval. I am escalating my complaint to the Massachusetts Attorney General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to hold them accountable for deceptive business practices and mishandling of customer records. If you’ve had a similar experience, speak up! This type of shady behavior needs to be exposed. More
