On top of it all, I got a lifetime warranty at no additional charge. They informed me that they give the warranty on all new cars. Dave Williams, my salesperson was very knowledgeable, and the Sales Manager was more concerned with making me happy than with selling the car. i drove quite a distance to this dealer's place after he said that he had the color i wanted. he took the deposit and the next day came back stating that they don't have the required color. he gave me other said that he had the color i wanted. he took the deposit and the next day came back stating that they don't have the required color. he gave me other options- i some how compromised and asked for a different color. he came back a few hrs later with only one option that i really did not want. he agreed to get me some pricing on this option and an option for an upgrade with the color i wanted but never got back to me. i was fed up and went to a different dealer and purchased the car. i called to get back my deposit and the GM behaved as if it was my fault.
