Get ready for HIGH PRESSURE sales I arrived at the dealership at 3:10pm and I left a 7:01pm. That's nearly 4 hours! I will likely buy my next car at a Carmax type store and avoid the wheeler dealer high pressure tactics associated with Chevy dealerships. I wanted to pay cash, but I was forced (or pay $1,000 fee for paying cash) to get a high-interest loan from Wells Fargo (which I have already paid off). After I left the dealership, the salesman texted me and asked me to give him all 10's on the review. In addition to being unethical, the review ratings only go up to 5, so sorry, you're not getting all 10's. On the plus side, I did end up with a car that I like which I guess is the most important thing. And the service department has been quite helpful. More

My fiancé and I worked with Alexander. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time with us and answered all of our questions. We’ve been to a lot of dealerships, purchased a few vehicles, and never met anyone that was able to cater to us like he did. I really respect his ability to listen to his customers even when they both are looking for different things. My fiancé and I originally wanted two different things and Alexander was able to find us one truck that met both of our needs. He’s a real class act and we will certainly recommend him!
