I will admit I didn’t fully scrutinize the FINAL SELLING PRICE or I would have seen it was $1,499 more than what was discussed w/Tippy, later at home I discovered the difference and also realized I wasn’t PRICE or I would have seen it was $1,499 more than what was discussed w/Tippy, later at home I discovered the difference and also realized I wasn’t given a copy of the signed PURCHASE AGREEMENT by Howard, after 3 weeks of numerous phone calls/text/emails and 2 trips back to dealership I finally received a copy and found I was charged $1,499 for Zurich Shield which wasn’t discussed w/me by Tippy NOR did I order it. On 1/19/19 Howard did cancel the Zurich Shield and credit the $1,499 toward my loan amount. Upon washing my truck/wheels the 1st time I discovered I didn’t get a key to locking lugnuts, after a call to Tippy he said bring truck in and it would be taken care of, I brought it in (now 3 trips back to dealership) when the truck was brought back out I was handed the keys I asked for for the key to the new locking lugnuts and was told “Oh you wanted locking lugnuts, we were told to just put on regular lugnuts” I said yes I did that’s what was on truck when I bought so they took it back to service dept. then brought it back out and said didn’t have locking lugnuts in stock but would order them, they did, so a week later I brought the truck back to dealership (my 4th trip back) and they installed locking lugnuts. As of 1/9/20 the $1,499 credit hasn’t been yet applied to my loan for which I’m paying interest on that $1,499. All in all a VERY !!! disappointing experience. More

2 1/2 hours for them to run a diagnostic check. Only to find out it was my battery they put in 3 years ago! Total time spent at dealership, 3 hours and 15 minutes. I wish I had anything good to say about this dealership. Bought my vehicle from this dealer and before I got my first oil change my transmission seemed to be having issues. Bought my truck certified preowned from this dealer a few months ago. Even with a certified bumper to bumper warranty and extended warranties I bought in finance, they told me my truck needed some kind of reprogramming and that wasn’t covered. I had to speak to a manager and after explaining to him I bought the truck from the dealer and that’s insane to put any money down for a “reprogramming.” I have read a lot of online forums and trans issues in the Chevy Colorado’s isn’t a new issue. Chevy and the dealers have known about it for years. All of a sudden they covered the reprogramming, like it was a favor to me. I also had to fight to get a loaner or rental because they had my truck overnight and had to go to gmcertified.com and literally read what I was entitled to have a certified vehicle getting service work. They at first told me to pick the truck up because it was drivable and bring it back again the next day.. what a joke. That’s not what the gmcertified site says at all for vehicles in for service .. lastly I got my paperwork back from the service and they zeroed out everything on my paperwork for labor, parts and cost. I’ve never seen that from a dealership doing service work and replacing parts for another issue I had them look at and was told some things were replaced .. they are shady at this dealership and other then my warranty work, I don’t even want the second oil change that’s given to me from buying the truck there . Hands down from the deal on the truck and so much paperwork that wasn’t given to me and having to go back several times, to the service department trying to charge me for bogus stuff I’d like to stay as far away as possible from Greico ..
