I took my car in for warranty service the end of August 2019. I got my car back January 15, 2020. 4 1/2 months later. Not only did they have the car for that period of time. Three weeks after I took it in 2019. I got my car back January 15, 2020. 4 1/2 months later. Not only did they have the car for that period of time. Three weeks after I took it in August they called me and said it was done and fixed I went there and it was not fixed and it was worse than when I took it in. The invoice at that time said they replace parts and they were charging GM for these parts while the parts were not replaced and the car was not fixed. I’m sorry to say this but I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

I brought my car in to get the shift parking fixed. Picked it up and it was t fixed and there were tools left in it. Then I brought it back and they fixed it again it’s was not a easy process at all. Horrible. Very horrible. I was informed from your representative about my tire having a nail on the inner part of the tire. In addition, the Service representative had the audacity of recommending representative about my tire having a nail on the inner part of the tire. In addition, the Service representative had the audacity of recommending me to change 2 tires for $270. His reason was since the tire couldn’t be patched, he would remove the two tires so they can align and charge me at the fair price of $270. I come to this shop for the customer service and satisfaction. Instead of telling me they can remove and patch the nail, they want to charge me a hefty amount. I went to a Tire dealer and was able to get it patched and taken care of for $10 flat. I do not want to go back to the shop if this is how they are going to take care of their customers. More
