My fiancé and I worked with Alexander. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time with us and answered all of our questions. We felt like family and we are truly grateful we got to work with someone like Alexander. We’ve been to a lot of dealerships, purchased a few vehicles, and never met anyone that was able to cater to us like he did. I really respect his ability to listen to his customers even when they both are looking for different things. My fiancé and I originally wanted two different things and Alexander was able to find us one truck that met both of our needs. He’s a real class act and we will certainly recommend him! He were also very happy with the gentleman in the financing department. They stayed with us until after 11:30pm. Everyone was incredibly patient and answered every question that came up. The worst experience I have ever had. It has been a nightmare dealing with the service department after I bought my vehicle. 1st service was so bad and not customer friendly that I complained. Turned nightmare dealing with the service department after I bought my vehicle. 1st service was so bad and not customer friendly that I complained. Turned out it was the service manager I was complaining about. The owner reached out to me and apologized and gave me two free services. I took it in and they said it would take 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Over 2 hours later they bring my car out. I then find they put a big scratch in my right door on my black paint. I was pissed. They said they would fix it and it would take 3 to 4 days. Over a week I have to call to see what was going on with my vehicle. On the 7th day I get told my car is done. I turn in the loaner at enterprise and get a phone call saying they made a mistake, it wasn’t done. I get another loaner and was told they would dealer my car to me the next day. I had to call to see if my car was done and go in to pick it up. What a nightmare dealing with this company. Only friendly person is the girl up front. When I would try to call was a Nightmare too. They place you on hold and hang up, don’t return phone messages. I always have 2 vehicles and chevys. I wanted a camero. I went and got a Dodge Charger for my 2nd vehicle now. No more chevys or at least from them. More

Always very helpful. Sometimes your car sit a while before it is seen, even if you are on time or early for your appointment. Other than that they are pretty timely, thorough, professional and always v before it is seen, even if you are on time or early for your appointment.
