Took two months to service my car It took two months for them to service my car. I never got updates on the status of the car unless I called myself and asked for one. I never met or heard from my service manager while the car was being serviced. Every time I called or came in for an update they ask me who my service manager was and I didn't know because I never heard from them. When I got my car back it smelled pretty bad, and that's partially my fault for leaving stuff in it that would end up getting smelly yeah, but if I had known it was going to take them two months to fix it I would have cleaned the car out. I didn't initially have time to clean my car out when the transmission broke down in the middle of a work day, and I thought it would just be a few days to repair it may be a week at most, but it ended up being two months and now the car stinks. They didn't have a loaner for me at first so I had to pick up a rental from enterprise, but when I got to entreprise they said they didn't have a Chevy available to loan me and it Had to be a Chevy per their contract. So I had to sit around waiting for them to find me a Chevy and eventually they realized they couldn't, so they lent me a Nissan truck but told me I'd have to exchange it when they found a Chevy. They found a Chevy later that day so I had to swap cars, then a week later the dealership got a loaner and I had to swap cars again. Apparently the constable interruption to my work wasn't a concern to anyone. The lady at the service desk was always nice and helpful,at least. More
Service to my vehicle There was no common courtesy when we laid out specifics as far as being contacted regarding the status of the car. This in turn resulted in us being without transportation when we needed it. We We're told the diagnostic would take a couple of hours. We call throughout the day to check the status of the diagnosis with never sponse from the manager. By the time we learned the vehicle would not be ready for pick up that day due to it being a holiday we are unable to secure a rental car. This could have been avoided had there been communication from the dealership. We had no transportation that day or into the Next day due to their lack of communication. More
