And I was completely fine with waiting but an hour pass before I went back up to the desk and the gentleman I was supposed to speak to was just standing there talking to the front desk. So now I’m able to finish checking in and explain the issue that I’m having and I asked the gentleman to quote me a time about how long it will take. He informs me that I’ll take about an hour. OK cool again I can wait an additional hour. And about an hour laterThe gentleman then tells me that they are just getting to my car and that the hour will start from then. I feel like if I would’ve been taken in right at the time that my scheduled appointment was or even within Five minutes of my scheduled time I would’ve been able to leave within the original hour that I waited just to talk to somebody. I don’t understand why I needed to make a reservation if I’m going to have to wait and get pushed back to the end of the queue after you obviously either forgot about me or ignored that I was there. The service that was done to my car was amazing and the young lady at the front desk was amazing but everything in between me arrival with my car off and then leaving was a complete disaster. Especially because the fix to my car was to simply reprogram the tire pressure monitors on my driver side. This should of been an in and out kinda day my whole day pretty much done because I was forgotten or ignored. More

Was there over seven hours for a simple job Went for oil change and tire rotation repair windshield washers. After three hours was told one part was on way from another dealer would be ready in Went for oil change and tire rotation repair windshield washers. After three hours was told one part was on way from another dealer would be ready in about one hour. 5.5 hours later was told driver was delayed. 6.5 hours later still no part driver was making his deliveries did not care I was waiting then service mgr comes over and tells me he just heard about delay. I will never do business with Grieco again and will tell everyone I know not too More

No customer service I dropped my 2015 Traverse off to the Dealership on a Thursday around 11am, for issues with the air conditioning system. I received no call from my s I dropped my 2015 Traverse off to the Dealership on a Thursday around 11am, for issues with the air conditioning system. I received no call from my service representative advising me of any diagnosis or process made with my repairs. I left messages and called several times on Saturday, no call was answered, or returned. I called the dealership on Sunday to advise them that I hadn’t received any updates on my car, and that I had to work on Monday and needed my car. I was told to call Monday morning and I would be up for a loaner vehicle. Monday morning 7am I call and spoke to the receptionist who, told her my issues, and was advised that the service representative who was helping me was “no longer there”. My response was “as in not with the company anymore?” To which she replied “yes!” She had no idea who was my new point of contact or what was going on with my vehicle, and advised me to call back in an hour, because the mechanic who was looking at my car hadn’t come into work yet. After an hour I called back and was told, my car still did not have a diagnosis and that they needed to keep it further. I advised the dealership that my car had been there since Thursday of the previous week and I couldn’t just leave it there for an open ended amount of time. I was told that I couldn’t get a loaner car, and that I can come pick up my car, and return it back when I have time so they can complete my diagnosis process and then repair the issue. There was a complete disregard to my time and no type of ownership of responsibility on behalf of the dealership. I had to go pick my car up, with out the issue being addressed or fixed. More
