Too much hidden fees My biggest issue was with the Finacing department They didn’t want me to see or have a print out of what I’m paying for they charged me an extra $1,00 My biggest issue was with the Finacing department They didn’t want me to see or have a print out of what I’m paying for they charged me an extra $1,000.00 wheel locks and Nitogen for tires which I didn’t want they ended up refunding me $301 when I did my calculation they over charged me and didn’t used my down payment to secure the loan, they rush you and are not very transparent in business when I called it out because someone slip up and I saw what they did on the computer but they would not give me a full itemized billed my first brand new car and they took advantage. Tippy was patient and did his best but Eddie Munoz Finance Manager wasn’t very transparent and comes of as scam artist until this day the figures don’t add up 21,000 car, 3000 Cash down payment, $2000 instant rebate and 500 trade in value shouldn’t =23000 loan after a total 5500 down. And no one wants to listen to you really after you sign. More

Also you didn’t have the keyless entry code for the truck and we’re told to go to any ford dealership and they would get it for us. There was no mention that there would be a charge. When I called Greico ford they told me there was going to be a service fee. After speaking with sales they made it so there was no charge. I did receive a courtesy free oil change which was much appreciated More

Great - once I got to speak to Sean Childrey! Called to say I needed to bring car in - was told to come tomorrow and prepare to leave it. When I drove in at 10:00 am, I was TOTALLY ignored and p Called to say I needed to bring car in - was told to come tomorrow and prepare to leave it. Went to counter and she finally asked what I wanted and said someone will be with me shortly. NO ONE did for 10 mins so I asked to speak to service mgr an was told she didn’t know where he was. Another man from sales came over and I told him I wanted service mgr. he got Sean - situation got much better. Car problem was diagnosed quickly - Sean called to tell me cost for repair - I gave approval for repairs and car was ready by 3:30 pm. Thank you Sean More
