Plus when I asked the service adviser how much the battery would cost he had to call someone on the phone to find out. With 2 computer monitors on his, desk he could not find out a simple cost question? Steamed "old school sleezy" like it was 1965 and he had to call someone in the parts department to look it up in"the book". More
