Routine Service Difficulty getting to service dept. Pit on hold call dropped. Scheduled on line. Picked up car. 6 people around desk talking as I waited. Receptio Difficulty getting to service dept. Frustrating I took my car there to fix an issue that I was diagnosed to be the starter. I took my car to the dealer to check the starter, get it replaced and let I took my car there to fix an issue that I was diagnosed to be the starter. I took my car to the dealer to check the starter, get it replaced and let me know if that was the only issue with the car. They told me it was. I drove home and at the end of the day my car would not start again. I told them to tow my car and verify what’s going on. And now they wanna charge me 145 bucks to run a new diagnostic. More

Misinformed about everything When I took my car in for oil change and diagnostic of issues i was having I was told the diagnostic would cost $145. I was not told hat there would be 2 separate tests at $145 each. Javier also spoke with my dad on the phone and told him the oil change was done. I show up at 5pm the oil change was NOT done and I sat and waited for it to be done. I get it, you guys get paid to lie and rip people off but jesus christ. Won’t be returning and will actively tell anyone I know with a chevy or planning to get one NOT to go to you guys. Will also be making a public review on this. Thanks for nothing. More
