Chevy is great Great service and people, I do have a small problem with my AC occasionally stinking, and also a rattle sound coming from the top of my dashboard. Not sure Customer service is not bad. A better follow up will be better reporting what’s the progress of the repairs instead of me calling to find out. Repair Customer service is not bad. Long wait, wrong info Had an appointment but I waited nearly 30 minutes before I saw a service rep. Then it took a couple of hours for an oil change and car wash. I asked about a part I needed and rep Jonathan couldn’t get me a quote while I was there but said he would email it to me. He did later email me with a quote,for,the wrong part.
