He actually asked me if I wanted to wait while they found the part somewhere else, I of course asked if he was kidding and said no. Garbage Lied to by service manager about my extended warranty. Had my work truck 4 days before they contacted warranty company. Service manager lied and said they needed an additional inspection and could not have my WORK truck fixed by Monday when I had jobs scheduled. After my first bad review they called and said it would be fixed, but when I tried to schedule it they wouldn’t even call me back. More
