I stopped into a Pep Boys to get my oil changed/tires rotated plus asking about new break pads and having my AC checked. My jaw hit the floor with the “issues” they found and the insane cost estimate. Being a female and feeling I may be taken advantage of and wanted to get a 2nd opinion, I returned to the dealership. I was treated with honesty, respect and updated along the service process. After all was said and done, my vehicle did not have as many “issues” as I was first told.
