I wanted to give a 2.5 rating, had to pick either 2 or 3. Bought a used car here recently. Car was cleaned well, but nothing under the hood was serviced except oil. After haggling with sales mgr. to get the advertised price(which he eventually gave to me in writing), I had to fight off the next guy's attempts to add more charges. And, finally, before having car brought to me, my salesman lied twice to me about having one simple service item taken care of. In the end, I got a used car that needs some servicing to bring it up to GM's own standards. On the plus side, they did deliver the car, as well as return my rental. Overall, 2.5 stars. 😐😑. More

The salesman, had zero and I mean zero knowledge of the car I was buying. Then he gives me a piece of paper he scribbled on with numbers and asks me to sign. Way too old school.
