The worst dealership I have ever encountered. .Kept the truck for 23 days and never fixed the problem. Down right lied to me. When I received my car back from the dealer not only was it not fixed, there truck for 23 days and never fixed the problem. Down right lied to me. Bought a used radio for my pontiac, needed a code to unlock it. Came in at 9am,car not finished till 12 next day when old radio was put back in and did not work. Took an addl 1 1/2 hours while I waited unlock it. Came in at 9am,car not finished till 12 next day when old radio was put back in and did not work. All good presently. Had issues with a charger that is needed to get a quicker charge time. Was told price was $599’00. False advertising! Called in advance to check if they had the car we where looking for and they sad yes they had plenty in stock and decided to make an appointment. At first we had to meet with a manager ca the car we where looking for and they sad yes they had plenty in stock and decided to make an appointment. At first we had to meet with a manager called Dimitrius, which even called us before arriving to confirm the appointment. When we got there the some sales person told us he wasn't there and that he was the one going to help us. Ok when he went to check his stock, they didn't have the car. They said the only one left was the most expensive one on the lot. When we where storming out of that place, a guy ran behind us wanting to explain and or talk to us "Suppose the mystery Dimitrius". And we drove away. I never write reviews like this but i do not like when people take advantage of people and especially in these times of uncertainty in the middle of a pandemic. They wasted our time and theirs and also made me and my husband feel very frustrated with no reason at all! I understand all "the chip issues" and all the car shortage but i feel like the dealerships are really really taking advantage out of the situation and it is getting out of control! Sorry but i will never recommend this place to buy a car! Gave them a second chance but it was not worth the drive neither our time! More
