I put a refundable deposit on a Bronco when they announced they were bringing them back. I was so excited and was told at that time the dealership would contact me to place the order I the future. announced they were bringing them back. Well I think we are aware of the delays in making of the vehicle, when I was contacted in on March 26,2021 by Lydia of Grieco Ford in Delray I decided to cancel. I was also told I would receive the deposit, that she would take care of it. This was done by text messages which I still have. Fast forward to a year later I still have not received the deposit after speaking to many sales agent's in this dealership. Lastly was Bervin and the sales manager Jeff. I have sent the email to cancel as requested by Jeff who also told me he would send a confirmation. I have have received nothing. I have filed complaints with the state and BBB. I am now so grateful I did not go ahead with this purchase. And any thoughts of buying a Bronco in the future have been put to rest after this. It feels fraudulent at best. UPDATE: After posting this I got a call from Tara with their customer service. It's awful that it takes a bad review to get a phone call back from this dealership. After the same apologies and promises from Tara I still have no refunded deposit after 2 weeks! She told me they would be sending me a check because my card number changed. Then she asked if I would take my review down. As you can see I declined. This place has some nerve. I am just guessing that is why they have more good reviews than bad on Google. Because on Yelp its a different story. I just talked to Tara again and now they want ANOTHER cancelation in writing when they already have 2. The last email I sent to Jeff their sales manager. If you are looking to buy a car from here I suggest looking at other review sites to arm yourself with all the information to make a good decision and look for problematic areas before your purchase. If they can't make a simple deposit right I would be concerned about spending 50K or more with them. More

The car was absolutely perfect. He did not apply any pressure and simple presented what made sense considering our needs. It was a great experience all around. I will probably need another car soon and will certainly reach out to Richard again. More

Very disreputable. Besides being xxxxx pricewise, I was cudgeled into the purchase of tire/rim coverage, GAP coverage and an extended warranty, the total for all 3 is over $5,000. A few days later I cance cudgeled into the purchase of tire/rim coverage, GAP coverage and an extended warranty, the total for all 3 is over $5,000. A few days later I canceled all the coverages. It's now been almost 2 months since Grieco received the written canceled form and they still have not remitted the funds to Ford Motor Credit since the items were included as part of my auto loan. I've called and written them several times and no one responds at all. Stay away. Addendum: I just called the companies providing the coverages that were canceled by me on 12/15/21 and both confirm they never even received a cancelation request from Grieco Ford. I'm simply disgusted! More

I went to go buy a truck from them that I found listed on the Internet. Truck was listed for $62,000, but when I asked for the price in order to get financed, they try to switch the price up to $69,000. Addi the Internet. Additionally, they added a bunch of random fees that equated up to $4000 additional. Finally, they removed those additional fees and brought the price of the truck to the original listed price. They made it seem as though they were doing me a favor. I specifically asked if the car was a clean Carfax, for which day then responded “yes, absolutely!” After pulling my credit unnecessarily twice, because I specifically told them I will be financing the car myself through my own bank, it was uncovered that the car was a lemon law car. They tried to convince me that the car was recalled due to a window motor. That was a bold face lie trying to trick me into buying the truck. They also told me it would take them several hours to investigate the reason behind the recall, yet another lie. The reason was listed on the Carfax that they conveniently didn’t show me. The truck was recalled because it goes into limp mode. That could be a number of reasons. They completely lied, pulled a bait and switch, did false advertising, and were completely unethical in their approach to selling vehicles. I strongly urge you to consider other dealerships before dealing with these crooks. More
Grieco Ford dealership at Delray Beach went over and beyond and they were all absolutely phenomenal. Berverns was my salesperson and he did everything he could to get me the truck I fell in love with. H beyond and they were all absolutely phenomenal. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle and he exceeded all of my expectations. I recommend using him as your salesperson at this dealership. He will not disappoint you! I had a wonderful buying experience here. We live quite far away but were out for the day half looking. We knew inventory was low and we had a very specific car we were looking for. We'd already been told twice just to order it because we'd never find it. We fully expected to leave, have lunch and drive home. But my dream car as it turned out had been delivered the night before and no one had really seen it yet! Jean B. was our Sales Consultant and he was so gracious and nice. Answered every question, sent us informational videos about the car, helped get the deal done and got us a GREAT price on our trade-in. He brought me back options on payments and I told him where I wanted to be and there was no pushiness or misrepresentation at all. Super nice guy. Joe B., our finance guy was excellent as well. There was no haggling or surprises over the payment. He got us a great deal and in the price range we wanted. Buying a car is usually so stressful and ugly - there are local car dealerships we now refuse to do business with - but I'd go back to Grieco Ford in a heartbeat AND I got my dream car!! More
I have been working with Alex and his manager, Jeff, for weeks now on trying to purchase a used vehicle and trade mine in. The communication and professionalism has been beyond unexpectable. I was told upfront that the price was non-negatable by Alex yet a few days later the price dropped in the ad. Each time I was sent a price out the door the price of the vehicle was incorrect (over) from what was advertised and a certified cost was added as well. I was informed that the certified cost was written in the add represented as the word "activation". I am pretty sure that "certified" and "activation" are two different words. It is clearly false advertising. I can also get around $2,000 more for my car from CarMax or Carvana but Jeff did not seem to care even though other dealers were fine with matching that. My favorite part was when one of the salesmen called me to scoff at me and tell me that my car was not worth much of anything because it had a salvaged title. I tried explaining that something must have been incorrect on their report but he refused to listen to me. It was extremely insulting. Later they informed me that they had made yet another mistake and were looking at the wrong car report. This has been such a waist of my time and stressful. More
