I put one star because there is no other lower rating. I am very disappointed with the attention and repair service of my vehicle. They did not keep a given word, they took many days to give me information about the repair of the vehicle, they changed spare parts at random (charging very high amounts for each repair) and in the end they did not solve the cause of the problem on two occasions. Called Jarrod pilone about my sons 150 cause of some issues.let me tell you he’s the service manager and he took it on himself to take care of it .he said to bring it in which we did .when it was done h issues.let me tell you he’s the service manager and he took it on himself to take care of it .he said to bring it in which we did .when it was done he emailed me saying it was ready so I went to pick it up and guess what he drove it out too me .I truly appreciate that from him and the Grieco people thanks again Jarrod More

I guess there is a valid reason why this dealer has such poor ratings. It is because of their people and poor customer service skills. I was trying to buy a truck from long distance, at first the communicat poor ratings. It is because of their people and poor customer service skills. I was trying to buy a truck from long distance, at first the communication with sales manager Kevin Boufford via phone and text was cordial. I really liked the truck they had, to the point I was willing to drive all the way from NC to FL to close this deal. I made an offer for the truck, but it seems my offer hurt Kevin's feeling and sensitivities that he decided to first not give me a counter offer, then to reply saying " to hold on to the offer for 60 days and will consider if the vehicle is still there", and then he chose to ignore any other communication attempt. Good job Kevin and Greico Ford of Delray Beach! More

He also explained the disconnect that likely caused the lack of disclosure to happen; whatever the case, when he was presented with the situation, he did as much of the "right thing" as one could reasonably hope for. GREICO AUTO GROUP-- DON'T LET THIS MAN GO.. and allow him to lead with integrity, even if that means you occasionally make less $$.
