BUYER BEWARE! !!! PLEASE READ ENTIREL! RETAIN AN ATTORNEY BEFORE PURCHASING NEW OR UESED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP... I started looking for a new used vehic !!! PLEASE READ ENTIREL! RETAIN AN ATTORNEY BEFORE PURCHASING NEW OR UESED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP... I started looking for a new used vehicle over 2 months ago. I found what appeared to be beautiful 2020 AUDI SQ7 with under 48,000 miles. It took nearly 3 weeks to get the dealership to the negotiated price, they were squabbling over $660. I had the displeasure of speaking to 4 sales associates, 2 slaes managers and one General Manager. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION between any of the workers there. 2 of the sales associates assigned to me either quit or were terminated in a 3 week period. Once total cost was agreed upon as a buyer, I did my due diligence in making sure that certain services were completed before I picked up the vehicle. Keep in mind I purchased this vehicle 250 miles from Delray. I wanted to make sure that all of the necessary flushes were completed, recalls were attended to and most importantly the Android Auto/Apple Car play USB-C connections worked properly with no issues. I was assured that this car went through a 125 point inspection and things that needed to be addressed were. Mind you; Greico Ford had this vehicle for approximately 1 year before I purchased it. I was told that the brakes were done (Using after-market parts), which in an Audi is HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. Knowing this fact and that I am going to have to replace the brakes and rotors in a year I still decided to purchase the car, because the terms were just right. When I got to Greico Ford, the car was detailed and ready for test drive. I started it up and drove around the block with my fourth sales associate. The car was smooth, there was some crackling coming from the speakers which the sales associate said that was normal. He not knowing that I am a sound engineer I know that crackling is NOT normal. The crackling comes and goes. That is not the major issue. As I am finishing signing my paper work, I get into the car and start to set the car setting to my needs. With the Second Sales manager out there with, I plugged in my android device into the USB-C port and within seconds, I get a critical error message stating there is moisture in my phone and that I need to disconnect immediately. So I did, and we plugged his phone in and he said that only happens when there is moistiure in the phone and it is very humid in Delray. I said that is not an excuse, I need this rectified, this is why I am purchasing the vehicle, knowing that this car is NOT equipped with BLUETOOTH Android Auto, ONLY USB Connections. This manager told me that the deal is done and they will take care of it. I get the car home and straight to an AUDI dealership because there is still an open recall. I have Audi do a through check of the vehicle, and they report, that the car had been in an accident, and the front bumper clips were broken and there is signs of glue holding the bumper in place. The front sensors were damaged and needed to be replaced and the Android Auto USBs were definitely damaged and needed to be replaced. The air filter was torn and original (Filthy) and the transmission fluid was gritty and only half full. There was an oil change performed to ensure the correct oil is being used and the tires were just under the state legal limit for sale, which means they need to be replaced. I contacted the manager who said it was out his hands and he could only pass the message along. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and over $3,000 in repairs and I can't get any manager on the phone. I have contacted and retained an attorney to rectify this situation. In Summation, Grieco Ford is a SCAM, they are selling cars that do not meet state and federal regulations when selling a car and they HIDE behind selling a car "AS IS" even when they give you their word that they will "TAKE CARE OF IT." The hide. Grieco FORD you should BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. . . More
Do not give them your time, energy, or money. They are liars on all fronts and you’ll never get a straight forward honest answer. I knew dealerships were bad but this takes the cake. My vehicle only had 41K miles on it. I had a coupon to perform the first repair for less than $100 and the Ford-recommended repair was free. The service rep at Grieco said they would check the other fluids, but it would take another day. When I returned to pick up the vehicle the following day, I was met with a totally unexpected $1861 bill. They had performed unapproved services for various fluid replacements, wheel alignment, cabin filter replacement, fuel injector services, engine air filter replacement plus they added a credit card penalty and shop service fee. They refused to perform the Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission shifter cable for unknown reasons. I was scammed big time! I will never deal with Grieco again. What an embarrassment to Ford Motor Company. Their rep need not contact me. It’s done. More

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, an department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. A simple oil change turned into a complete disaster when the technicians didn’t even screw the oil cap back on, dumping oil all over my engine bay and causing further mechanical problems. The service reps constantly make promises they don’t keep, avoid calls, and rarely communicate updates. The mechanics are careless at best, incompetent at worst. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern. If you value your vehicle and your time, avoid Greico Ford Delray Beach service department. Don’t trust these people with your car. More
I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I’ve read all over the Internet where they break constantly and our junk. Grieco FORD does not stand behind their product either. I’m quite disappointed. I highly recommend you buy a Toyota or a Nissan Ford doesn’t stand behind their products. More
purchased a car online from this dealership and had a very disappointing experience. The photos they provided did not show major issues like deep scratches with rust, severely worn tires, and an engine oil leak. I was promised by the salesperson Tanner that cosmetic issues would be fixed before delivery, but they never were. He also said he would send touch-up paint — it's been over 2 months and nothing arrived. I reached out to the manager Jeffrey, but the issue remains unresolved. I now have a damaged car that wasn’t honestly represented. Be very cautious if you're buying remotely from this dealership More
