Grieco Automotive Group all began with Michael Grieco Sr. who ventured into the automotive industry in 1975 and opened his first collision center, Universal Claim Service. This led to the opening of Vantage Motor Sales in 1979. Then, in 1995, he acquired his first new car franchise, Metro Honda, now known as Grieco Honda. As the years passed and with the acquisitions of more franchises, Grieco Automotive Group was created to handle the company's growing automotive business.
Michael Grieco Sr. began transferring the leadership role of the day-to-day operations to his son. Micheal Grieco Jr., who is now one of the youngest automotive CEOs in the country. Over the years, Michael Grieco Jr. has added three Chevrolet, four Ford, as well as Acura, BMW, Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, and Toyota franchises. Today, they continue to maintain a solid reputation for excellence, always striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver first-class customer service.
Grieco Automotive Group now boasts 8 dealerships in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, six dealerships in Florida and one dealership in California. They've received multiple #1 rankings for volume sales, certified pre-owned sales and service. Many of the Grieco franchises have also won numerous manufacturer awards including those for customer satisfaction as well as President's Awards. Michael's brothers, Domenic and Robert Grieco, also play pivotal roles in the Grieco Automotive Group. As General Manager, Domenic oversees the Grieco Ford store in Raynham, Massachusetts. Domenic’s efforts and success with this dealership have enabled the Grieco Automotive Group to acquire two more high-volume Ford dealerships in Florida. Robert Grieco serves as Corporate Pre-Owned Director for the Grieco Automotive Group, overseeing the pre-owned departments for all 16 dealerships.

What a scam. I had an appointment with the Grieco service department to have an oil change and tire rotation and to do a Ford Motor recommended repair on the tra I had an appointment with the Grieco service department to have an oil change and tire rotation and to do a Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission. My vehicle only had 41K miles on it. I had a coupon to perform the first repair for less than $100 and the Ford-recommended repair was free. The service rep at Grieco said they would check the other fluids, but it would take another day. When I returned to pick up the vehicle the following day, I was met with a totally unexpected $1861 bill. They had performed unapproved services for various fluid replacements, wheel alignment, cabin filter replacement, fuel injector services, engine air filter replacement plus they added a credit card penalty and shop service fee. They refused to perform the Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission shifter cable for unknown reasons. I was scammed big time! I will never deal with Grieco again. What an embarrassment to Ford Motor Company. Their rep need not contact me. It’s done. More

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with this service department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, an department, and it’s consistently the same story: incompetence, lack of communication, and zero accountability. I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. A simple oil change turned into a complete disaster when the technicians didn’t even screw the oil cap back on, dumping oil all over my engine bay and causing further mechanical problems. The service reps constantly make promises they don’t keep, avoid calls, and rarely communicate updates. The mechanics are careless at best, incompetent at worst. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern. If you value your vehicle and your time, avoid Greico Ford Delray Beach service department. Don’t trust these people with your car. More

I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. He also said he would send touch-up paint — it's been over 2 months and nothing arrived. I reached out to the manager Jeffrey, but the issue remains unresolved. We had a very poor experience at Grieco Ford of Delray. We went in to test a Mustang Mach E EV but the first salesperson knew nothing about the car. The second person was slightly better but kept us wait We went in to test a Mustang Mach E EV but the first salesperson knew nothing about the car. The second person was slightly better but kept us waiting for over an hour both on the day of our test drive and the next day when we went back to make a purchase. The sales manager, Jeff, offered us extra FordPass points to make up for our inconvenience; however, to date we've received neither the standard points for purchasing a new car nor any discretionary bonus. After six months, I finally phoned Ford directly to sort the matter out. We are very happy with the Mach E, but Grieco left a very bad taste in our mouth so we need to find a more reputable dealership for service. More
