What a scam. My vehicle only had 41K miles on it. I had a coupon to perform the first repair for less than $100 and the Ford-recommended repair was free. The service rep at Grieco said they would check the other fluids, but it would take another day. When I returned to pick up the vehicle the following day, I was met with a totally unexpected $1861 bill. They had performed unapproved services for various fluid replacements, wheel alignment, cabin filter replacement, fuel injector services, engine air filter replacement plus they added a credit card penalty and shop service fee. They refused to perform the Ford Motor recommended repair on the transmission shifter cable for unknown reasons. I was scammed big time! I will never deal with Grieco again. What an embarrassment to Ford Motor Company. Their rep need not contact me. It’s done. More

I own a high-performance truck, and every time it goes in, something goes wrong. Warranty issues always take 3+ visits before they’re even close to being resolved. A simple oil change turned into a complete disaster when the technicians didn’t even screw the oil cap back on, dumping oil all over my engine bay and causing further mechanical problems. The service reps constantly make promises they don’t keep, avoid calls, and rarely communicate updates. The mechanics are careless at best, incompetent at worst. Instead of solving problems, they create new ones. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a pattern. If you value your vehicle and your time, avoid Greico Ford Delray Beach service department. Don’t trust these people with your car. More
I purchased a brand new Ford maverick in May 2024, it has less than 10,000 miles and the key broke. FORD will not stand behind their keys. I have a vehicle diagnostic tester. You plug it into any vehicle and it tells you the malfunctions with an error code. I went to the service center and they said it wouldn't be possible with your determination, we will test it for 200 dollars, I agreed. Then the service staff deducted a 7500 dollar service fee and advised me to return the car. Then he wrote in the report that the customer did not accept the repair. In addition, they did not finish the job that they said would be completed in 24-48 hours, and they did not respond to text messages and phone calls. A week later, I went to the service, they kept me waiting for hours and gave me my car without doing anything and charged me 500 dollars. More

Showed up for a service appt and my advisor Ian was nowhere to be found. As I was waiting another older female advisor was badmouthing a client to her fellow advisor right next to me. If management cares it is the advisor right across from Ian. 15 mins later my advisor appears and I felt rushed in my consultation. I could sense he was pushing a sales agenda- I saw right through it. Again rushed and cheesy car dealer vibes. Worst part is I scheduled an appt and they did not honor it that day. No thanks- I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this unprofessional place! More

Called Jarrod pilone about my sons 150 cause of some issues.let me tell you he’s the service manager and he took it on himself to take care of it .he said to bring it in which we did .when it was done h issues.let me tell you he’s the service manager and he took it on himself to take care of it .he said to bring it in which we did .when it was done he emailed me saying it was ready so I went to pick it up and guess what he drove it out too me .I truly appreciate that from him and the Grieco people thanks again Jarrod More
