Grieco Automotive Group all began with Michael Grieco Sr. who ventured into the automotive industry in 1975 and opened his first collision center, Universal Claim Service. This led to the opening of Vantage Motor Sales in 1979. Then, in 1995, he acquired his first new car franchise, Metro Honda, now known as Grieco Honda. As the years passed and with the acquisitions of more franchises, Grieco Automotive Group was created to handle the company's growing automotive business.

I had a horrible experience with this dealer, GRIECO FORD, FORT LAUDERDALE I bought a car from them with problems, a tire had a cut and was leaking air, Detail, in Carfax it says that the 4 tires were m FORD, FORT LAUDERDALE I bought a car from them with problems, a tire had a cut and was leaking air, Detail, in Carfax it says that the 4 tires were mounted on Grieco Ford, after discovering that the tires are old and dry, The car did not have the Tire inflation kit, I went there 3 times they kept messing with me and they just gave me the kit because they took it from another car, the tire they said it was me who cut it on the way home, after 15 days finding out that the car battery was no good, they recharged an old battery to sell the car, I had to buy one new, they don't give any warranty on the cars even for a day, the after sales manager is not friendly, run away from these guys! More

This dealership will do everything wrong from giving you misleading pricing till the day you sign papers and even transferring your tag incorrectly. Was even bribed by one of the managers to pay me a couple misleading pricing till the day you sign papers and even transferring your tag incorrectly. Was even bribed by one of the managers to pay me a couple thousand dollars if I didn’t want to pay an addendum on MY build. His exact words ( if you don’t take the truck and pay the mark up, we will and we will sell it to make more money than selling it to you) then offers me a couple Thousand to walk away again!! I can’t tell you enough to go shop somewhere else for a Ford Vehicle. I buy at least two cars a year and I’ve never dealt with an experience like this in my life More

Integrity - something that is sadly lacking at this dealership. You work hard to build a reputation but it only takes minutes to destroy it. Sometimes it is destroyed from within and the person causi dealership. You work hard to build a reputation but it only takes minutes to destroy it. Sometimes it is destroyed from within and the person causing the damage is no longer there but the damage remains and the lack of action on your part, to address the issue with the customer, means you are in agreement; making the damage that much worse. Having my car here for a routine oil change, I was advised I also needed a cabin filter. That turned a 45 minute wait, into a 3+ hour ordeal. No worries yet. Once home, I noticed how dirty the interior was and that my prescription sunglasses, left on the passenger seat, were damaged. I called and was assured by the gentleman on the phone, who made a point to tell me he wasn’t the service manager, he would look into it. Still no worries but it stops here. A week wen’t by and I got a call, inquiring why I didn’t give them all 5’s on the survey. I explained and was told to get the glasses repaired and they would reimburse me and oh, would I mind taking the survey again. I paid to have the sunglasses repaired and presented the damaged lens and receipt to the service receptionist, to her credit, the only one that would ever speak to me. Then they refused to fully reimburse me for the glasses and the service manager, David, lied about conversations I never had with him. The only reason I was making this an issue is the glasses were over $700. I also left numerous voice mails for the General Manager, Lewis Ivquierdo but never the courtesy of a reply. How can you trust this kind of investment, with a dealership that has NO INTEGRITY? You have too many options and I strongly suggest you investigate other options. More

Horrible dealership, they did me dirty and are know for this. From the general manger all down to the deceitful sales people like Marcel and the worst ever Cole. I recently purchased an F-150 at Grieco Ford, Ft. Lauderdale and it was the absolute best car-buying experience I have ever had. Gian Montoya was great at sowing the unit, discussing the options an Lauderdale and it was the absolute best car-buying experience I have ever had. Gian Montoya was great at sowing the unit, discussing the options and working to get a good deal and his selling ability is top-notch. My experience at Grieco Ford of Delray was top notch. I was well taken care of by salesman Brevens and Mr. Rainer Kania. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that's in the market for a Ford. I drove was well taken care of by salesman Brevens and Mr. Rainer Kania. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that's in the market for a Ford. I drove up 1.5 hrs because they had a mustang I was interested in and within 2.5 hrs I test drove the car, made a deal and traded in my old car. I was out the door and on the way to work in under three hours because of them. Not only was the process efficient but they were very patient and helpful when it came to the details of the deal. I was expecting to be pushed into getting upgrades on my warranty or service plan but actually was given FACTS and treated with GREAT respect the entire time. They definitely changed my opinion on dealerships all being annoying and shady. Don't be afraid to come here and check out a car you like they are amazing ! More
