We offer a 2-year unlimited mileage parts and labor warranty on our work. Provided the vehicle comes back to us for inspection not another shop for warranty repairs if you have a concern. You voided that warranty when you disassembled and replaced the brakes on your own without giving us the opportunity to properly diagnose , inspect or make repairs to your vehicle.” We have already offered to correct your concern, but you still have not brought the vehicle to us, tampering with the repair and un-assembling work that has been performed voids any warranty available.

On Wednesday Mr Brownell walked out and looked at the subject car in the lot but made no effort to put it on a rack. After that he did not even bother to familiarize himself with our repair or complaints. On Thursday he told me that work was not performed that was obviously billed on our invoice. I was not about to drive my vehicle from Tampa (where I live) to your service shop with the faulty rear brakes you left me with. I'm sorry that I am a better tech than the one in your shop AND the service manager, but I needed to make my wife's car safe. She is a 100% disabled veteran and the Grieco Ford Service department absolutely manhandled and took advantage of her.

The Wednesday visit to the car was so David Brownell could look at ALL the parts removed from the rear brakes (Pads and rotors.) with accompanying photos. They showed obvious signs of improper wear patterns and damage from improper assembly. He bullied my wife and sent her on her way with tears in her eyes. On Thursday I got the same treatment from him. I believed his demeanor was from arrogance and ignorance of how to do a brake job, but looking back, he was just playing dumb. Frustrate and gaslight.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during our visit. The customer experience is of the utmost importance at our dealership and we always strive for excellence. I understand your frustration with the extending warranty but based on what we can see, this was purchased from another dealership. If this was purchased out of state, some exclusions can be part of a premium policy. Every state offers different types of warranties which cover a variety of work. As for the issue with stolen items, I checked with our service associate and when you notified her that $1.25 was missing from the vehicle, she immediately gave you back the money out of her pocket. With today’s technology in all vehicles, keyless entry remote start, and many other features all manufacturers require Key fobs to be programmed and it requires that a skilled technician with both fobs and the vehicle present. Unfortunately, the time involved in this programming requires a charge from all manufacturers and it is a scheduled service as all services are these days. I've now called the dealership at least 10 times over the past week and left several messages without receiving a call back from any of them. So far I've asked to speak to and have left messages for "the person responsible for responding to online reviews", the service dept manager, and even the general manager with no luck. why would I reach out to Louis izquierdo, he is the one that was rude and disrespectful to me, the one that would not even listen to why I was calling and just berated me for calling his personal line, the line I was given by his staff to call. I would never speak to this person again. He is the stores general manager which is the biggest disappointment. it truly shows when you have bad leadership everyone below you follows your poor example.
