Josue, John, and Jessica were absolutely fantastic. I came to Greico on a recommendation to trade in my 2017 Chevy Cruze (which I had nothing but problems with both the car and 3 Chevy dealerships I trie came to Greico on a recommendation to trade in my 2017 Chevy Cruze (which I had nothing but problems with both the car and 3 Chevy dealerships I tried to go to). Everyone at Greico was very nice and made sure I was being helped even in the waiting area. When Josue was busy, John came over to help answer any questions I had and get the process going on the new Civic I was lookng at. Josue was patient with me and showed me several options for the Civic and helped to explain differences between the models, as well as the accord I was also looking at. Jessica, one of the finance managers, helped make the finance process so effortless and helped me understand every add on package I could apply and what each rate was going to be.
