Terrible !! A new born can calculate better ! I am looking into purchasing a 2015 mazda3. I went in to get a quote and test drive the car with my dad (since he never drove the car). We were greeted by a young sales man (in 20s) which was probably the first mistake since clearly he was inexperienced or badly trained. The reason I said this, is because when talking to him he was very pushy about selling the car and when we clearly stated that we are here for a quote and we are looking to BUY NOT LEASE he told my dad that he was wrong in doing so and that LEASING is so much better (I know dealers profit more from leasing a car instead of selling when a customer is paying the full price but come-on) that was my first red flag. Then it took us about 35 min of talking about nothing and checking for prices before we even test drove the car (which i believe should be done first then talk $). After we drove the car (which was the one thing that went very well) we went back inside, to the same table and talked about the final price out the door... (F. Y. I. - I am an accounting student and pretty good with numbers. I also have business management/finance education with few years of experience to back it up). The reason we wanted to check this dealer out is because they had this huge advertisement on the radio repeating stating that they will give us $5000 for the trade in even if the car is worth $100. (I didn't want to believe it so the visit was to test that out). If anyone looks up the price of a 2015 Mazda3 iTouring then you will see that MSRP is around $21,000. The dealer when negotiating told me that the price for that car is $23,500 while when test driving the sticker on the car showed $21,--- with change (this is all before taxes and any fees) then he said that they gave me the $5000 for my trade in which took the price to $18,--- with change and after taxes and all the dealer fees the price was up to $21,5-- with change. When reading the information i saw one red flag after another. First of all they UP PRICE the vehicle when giving us a "deal" which they advertise. Second, the estimated price for the car on TrueCar.com is around 19,500 (before fees and taxes) Third, If everything is right then this dealer has about 5,000 of fees which is UNACCEPTABLE (or they are doing false advertising and really not giving your anything for your vehicle, just lowering to price to original so that the customer fills that they are getting a deal which in reality it's a manipulation) Fourth, when disagreeing with the price INSTEAD of negotiating and trying to match another dealers quote they told me to go to that dealer instead. So we got up and left. The whole experience was exhausting and not very pleasant which is the opposite of what a car buying experience should be (which was done right when buying our 2012 Altima 2 1/2 years ago in Fort Lauderdale) When reading the reviews on the dealer before going in I have to agree with all the negative ones, maybe the positive reviews either got lucky and have worked with the one sales person/manager there that actually knows what they are doing or they fell for the price manipulation that the dealer try pulling on me. Needless to say I will not be returning to Grieco dealers ever again and send all my friends that are interested in Mazda's or any other vehicle somewhere else. More
Really Great Experience ! I was looking to get out of my 2010 Mazda RX8 and went to another local Mazda dealership that was not able to put a deal together for me. I had a tricky situation with my credit and amount owed on the RX8..... The Manager Dane and Salesman Chris were fantastic! They refused to stop trying until they were able to put together a deal that fit in the parameters I gave them...... they were both extremely knowlegeable, courteous, intelligent and wanted me to be happy with every aspect of the experience. They managed to put together a GREAT deal for me, and I drove off in a new 2015 CX5...not only is the SUV beautiful and top rated... but my experience at the dealership was beautiful too! Thanks Dane, Chris and Luis in Finance! TWO THUMBS UP! More
I did not save thousands here! No deal here! Purchased a CX-9. Paid all fees (0ver $800), poor trade in on my old car and to top it off, they put a finance lien on my vehicle when I paid all cash Purchased a CX-9. Dealer ad-ons were already on the manufacturer sticker...beware! Tried to contact GM by email several times with no response. When I called, he said he had received my emails, became very aggressive, arrogant and down right rude, saying he could never make me happy and was tired of all the phone calls about me. As far as the ad-on double dipping, he said he can do what ever he wants! Pretty poor customer service from the top of the chain. At the end of the call he had calmed down and said he would get back to me. After additional emails from me, he still has not returned one of them. He was very mad about my reviews on-line but were the result of their lack of service. Why he is a GM I will never know. The only positive was a new girl named Patricia in financing...she at least understood my feelings and appeared to value my business. Some of the recent reviews seem very over the top in favor of this dealership.....my reviews are legitimate and verifiable. More

I spoke with 3 people in Internet Sales (Tamara, Laura and Francine) and all 3 of them lied to me just to get me to come in. I live over an hour away and stressed if this was bait-and-switch I wouldn't come. They swore it was not and they blatantly lied. RUN away from this dealer as fast as you can - not only did they lie they tried to rip me off on top of that!!! More
Best car experience yet I had been to a few other dealerships in the last month. Ultimately I retraced my steps and ended up calling Grieco Mazda's Sales Manager Sal Caruso. Upon arrival I was greeted friendly and he was incredibly helpful. The Team led by General Manager Dane Luca that were the absolute best in the industry in my experience were fabulous. If you are looking for a Mazda in the near future go and see Neil Schreck or Brian Dublynt by far they are the most courteous and knowledgeable salesman on site. More
Very Happy with our Experience!! My husband Michael and I were exceptionally pleased with our sales representative George Brown Jr. and all the staff at Grieco Mazda of Delray Beach. Michael purchased a CX5 Grand Touring and I leased a Mazda 3 Sport. Start to finish we had all our questions answered quickly and courteously. Russell in financing worked especially hard to get us going in a hurry as we were trying to make a scheduled dinner date on time. Also, when I came back to pick up my new license plate Cedrick saw me with plate in hand and immediately offered to swap plates for me...speedily and with a smile. Stay away from Grieco Mazda I was given a price for the car that I wanted by the manager and the salesman. When I returned a week later, they did not honor the price, even though I was given a price for the car that I wanted by the manager and the salesman. Cedrick Dinkins - Great Rep. Knowledgeable & Friendly Recently decided to purchase a cross-over vehicle. We were considering Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, Kia Sorrento, and Chevy Equinox. Test Recently decided to purchase a cross-over vehicle. We were considering Mazda CX-5, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, Kia Sorrento, and Chevy Equinox. Test drove and researched the brands above pretty thoroughly. Had seen a couple of used certified pre-owned Mazda's online at Grieco so we went by to visit. We were very fortunate to meet Cedrick Dinkins after 5 minutes of browsing on our own. He was very friendly, courteous and polite. We spent a few minutes chatting. He asked a lot of questions about what were were looking for and our budget. Since the primary drivers of the vehicle would be our kids, he spent a lot of time discussing the safety features of the CX-5 before showing us the cars he had in stock. We test drove four different cars ranging from the 2013 with 2.0 liter engines to the 2014's with 2.5 liter. Before selling Mazda's Cedrick sold Toyotas. He not only knew a lot about the CX-5, but he also knew a lot about the other cars we were considering as well. His descriptions and comparison of the features of the CX-5 to the other cars, made us feel much better about the Mazda. He was extremely patient and spent three hours or so with me before we ultimately decided to go with the 2014 CX-5 with with the bigger engine. Cedrick offered a $500 internet coupon off the sticker price and did work with me a little more on the deal since the 2014 was over my budget. By the time I got done with all the paperwork, it was 7:00 pm on a Sunday night and Cedrick was still there to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle before I left. I enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone considering a Mazda. More

After being at several dealerships in the West Palm area, and even a competing Mazda dealership, my experience at Grieco was wonderful. I was welcomed at the door by Steve Kerney who ended up helping us through our deal. I already had an idea of what car I wanted, but wanted information about pricing first. Unlike another local Mazda dealership which refused to give me a quote until I was ready to sign papers, Steve broke down pricing for each of the 3 trims of the CX-5 that I was interested in first. He explained each of the trim levels, pricing, and add-ons. He took the time to listen to my questions and provided specific answers, rather than talking around the question and never answering it- which I've experienced at other places. Steve took me to look at all models and did not rush me through my decision making process (which was huge for me!). He didn't push or suggest more expensive options as I experienced at another Mazda dealership. It was at the end of the day on Sunday and the sales team worked with me to not only get me the car that I wanted, but the exact terms and price I was look for…Amazing! Grieco remained opened to ensure my purchase was completed correctly. Russell, who is the finance manager, was also extremely professional and helpful. We completed our purchase well after business hours were over, and Steve ensured that my new car was ready to be driven off the lot- detailed, full tank of gas, and ready to go. Steve took the time to show us how all the functions of the car worked, as well as set up my bluetooth/phone. Additionally, the car I purchased was missing a cargo mat listed on the sticker; however, Steve and the dealership worked to quickly found a replacement option for me that I wanted. Working with the professionals at this dealership made my car buying experience uncomplicated and straightforward- the way I think it should be. I am extremely pleased with the knowledge, professionalism, and overall service that I received while shopping at Grieco. More
Extremely Disappointed with Dealership On Tuesday, my mother found a car on AutoTrader.com and immediately expressed interest in the vehicle. We live in Atlanta, GA and the car was at Grei On Tuesday, my mother found a car on AutoTrader.com and immediately expressed interest in the vehicle. We live in Atlanta, GA and the car was at Greico Mazda in Delray Beach, FL. The salesperson, Chris Lee contacted her about the vehicle. The car was listed at $15,000 and there was also a $500 coupon to be applied on ANY used or new car. Chris called my mother and said the used car manager said the coupon could not be applied because the car was priced incorrectly. The coupon does not indicate there are any restrictions on using the coupon. They ultimately agreed to apply the coupon. They sent my mother a buyer's order for the dollar amount we agreed to and she took that to her bank. The finance people at Greico Mazda were EXTREMELY rude to our bank. The bank was asking for the document to be typed and not handwritten. The finance people at Greico Mazda hung up on the bank at one point. It was the worse customer service we ever experienced. My mother got frustrated and walked out of the bank and Chris immediately called her back. Greico Mazda finally typed up the deal for the bank. She walked back in the bank and the deal was funded. My mother spent $50 to overnight a check for payment in full to Greico Mazda. Greico Mazda received the check on Saturday morning. My mother immediately called to find out what the next steps were. She left several messages for Chris and he did not return her call. My husband called on my mother's behalf, he left several messages as well. He finally spoke to Chris who said they were not going to do the deal and said he'd send her money back. My husband expressed his displeasure in how this was being handled and even escalated it to a manager. He finally spoke with a manager who said they are reneging on the deal made even after the deal was agreed to in writing, our bank funded the deal that was agreed to and Greico Mazda received payment. Greico Mazda had many opportunities to make this right. Bottom line is Greico Mazda made a mistake in listing the price of the car and did not own up to their mistake. When you advertise a price, right or wrong, you have to live with the consequences. Instead, Greico Mazda gave my mother the run around, tried to get her to finance the car through them to recoup their loss and did not handle this ethically at all. Greico Mazda has the money and we STILL do not have a car!!!! We have purchased many cars in the past and never been treated this unfairly. We will NEVER purchase a car from the Greico family and we will tell everyone we know about our experience, in its totality. 1. I have reported an Unfair and Deceptive Acts violation to the Florida State Attorney General consumer fraud office 2. I have filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission deceptive/misleading conduct, false advertisement, bait and switch tactics 3. I have filed a claim with AutoTrader.com 4. I have filed a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau 5. I have filed a complaint with the Greico Family Corporate Offices 6. I have filed a complaint with the Mazda USA Corporate Offices 7. I have filed a complaint with the Internet Crime Unit 8. I am in the process of filing legal action These tactics are unacceptable! More
