With my salesman, Miguel Leon, refusing to communicate with me after the sale to simply answer some questions about getting my tags, delivery of my vehicle and possibly getting an owners manual to help me with me after the sale to simply answer some questions about getting my tags, delivery of my vehicle and possibly getting an owners manual to help me with programing the features on my Lincoln MKZ, I contacted the General Manager, Peter Fridrich, and he couldn't answer my questions or help me either. He took my name and number and assured me someone would contact me and help me with my questions. It's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard from anyone... just left hanging out to dry after the sale. So, the old adage of the guys on the bottom are a reflection of the guys on top certainly applies to Griffin Motor Co., especially if you're buying from out of town. Beware. More
