Sales experience was great, brought truck in for service afterwards. Oil change was over priced. Considering what I got was "the works" at other ford dealerships. Waited for an hour and a half. Thought it would look more like the car we bought when we picked it up. Which looked awesome. Had to remind the service dept twice of a air bag light I wanted looked at. No airbag light on at the time of service so they didnt do any other checks. No other info was given about the airbags, and no thought was given to let me try to get it to turn on for them. Was expecting better service, and thought I got treated like a number. More

I had an emergency with my car. I needed to leave town that day and the car was having starting problems. I called to the service dept to get it in to be checked. I knew they would be busy. They said to b that day and the car was having starting problems. I called to the service dept to get it in to be checked. I knew they would be busy. They said to bring it in and they would take a look. They found the issue and would fix it as soon as they could get to it. It was fixed and I got it back in time for me to meet my destination.
