I purchased a used Escape which was practically new. So far I'm happy with it. Caleb, the sales rep was good and delivered the car to my house. However he forgot to bring the second key with him and I h So far I'm happy with it. Caleb, the sales rep was good and delivered the car to my house. However he forgot to bring the second key with him and I had to go back for it. PJ, the finance guy, went too fast and got some information wrong which I had to point out to him. He also forgot that I made a $500 down payment and he had to redo the paper work. Also the engine size on the description of the car is wrong. More
