New car? I was there to service my 2003 Explorer and it needed more repairs than expected. No pressure, very knowledgeable of the vehicles. We have purchased many cars from Jack Griffin and will continue to do so. More

A Wonderful Experience! I brought my old explorer in for service. Jeff in service has always helped me with my explorer. Unfortunately, this time it was beyond the price I I brought my old explorer in for service. Jeff in service has always helped me with my explorer. Unfortunately, this time it was beyond the price I wanted to put into fixing the vehicle. He referred me to Dave Nutt in the used car department to look at explorers. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at. He was very patient as I took 4 out for test drives. When I found the right one, they gave me a great price for the old explorer. Karen in finance was great! She got me a great rate on my new truck. I love everything about my new explorer and also everything about Griffin Ford. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. In fact, after buying my new explorer, my Mom went and bought a new Ford Edge from them and had the same great experience. Thanks, Griffin Ford! More
This group of misfits in the service department (Valerie and Curt) may be the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. They won’t tell you if the service is under warranty and Curt) may be the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. They won’t tell you if the service is under warranty unless you bring the car in. Then have the nerve to charge an evaluation fee before releasing the car. Have had my car in for the same problem every week for a month and a half. WILL NEVER BUY OR SUGGEST ANYONE EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER. More
More than one time have had problems with the service area. Also with the collision repair facility. Service area did not call to get authorization to add repairs to initial estimate. Collision repair facility did not do a thorough check had to bring vehicle back when I found additional damage that had not been repaired. More
