I have taken my vehicle to Groove Ford on three separate occasions to fix one issue and the issue has never been fixed. Recently on another issue Groove Ford did a recall repair but I did it incorrectly and occasions to fix one issue and the issue has never been fixed. Recently on another issue Groove Ford did a recall repair but I did it incorrectly and now my driver door won't unlock when I'm trying to open it. Groove will not look at my vehicle because they don't like a very accurate and fair review I left them. I have effectively been black balled by Groove Ford because they don't like my very accurate and fair review with regards to their inability to fix my vehicles issues. Now I am left having to call Ford customer care in order to straighten this issue out. Be very wary of Groove Service. They frequently fail to fix things correctly and in this case will not even take my vehicle in after they failed to fix an issue. My vehicle is still under warranty. What good is a warranty if a company will not stand behind it. More

I would give the service department at Groove Ford a zero if that was an option. We have brought our F150 Platinum in repeatedly for a stalling issue that they keep saying they cant diagnose. This last time if that was an option. We have brought our F150 Platinum in repeatedly for a stalling issue that they keep saying they cant diagnose. This last time they kept the truck for over 2 weeks because they claim "we are dedicated to our customers and will find the issue". We drove past a week and a half in, it hadnt moved. They FINALLY called to let us know they were sure it was a bad fuel pump and we asked how sure. They said the tech had over 20 years experience and was confident this would fix the issue, but if it doesnt they stand by their service, value their customers, and will make it right. 48 hours after picking up the truck it stalled randomly again at a red light. We have tried contacting the service department, tech who swore they would make right one it, and even the head of service with ZERO response. THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS STAY CLEAR. There are so many better places with TRUE customer service out there, dont waste your time or money here. We are also looking to purchase a need additional car and will NEVER consider any Groove dealerships to do business with ever agaim and plan to warn all family and friends against conducting business here. More

Groove Ford service department is a joke, especially the service manager Bijon. They took 5 1/2 weeks to fix a paint defect on my brand new mustang. I went into groove on 5/8 to report the issue. They took service manager Bijon. They took 5 1/2 weeks to fix a paint defect on my brand new mustang. I went into groove on 5/8 to report the issue. They took photos of the defect and told me they would get back to me after they send the photos to Ford. Over the next 4 weeks I called 5 times, left 3 messages with the service advisor that was helping me and 2 messages with other service advisors that told me they would get right back to me. I even stopped in in person to ask about the status of my warranty claim. I did not receive a call back until my 6th call when I asked to speak to a manager. Fast forward to today when I finally got my car back and I leave the dealer and the car runs out of gas a 1/2 block from the dealer. I call the dealership to talk to Bijon the service manager and ask him to bring me some gas and I tell him I am calling Ford to complain about how the dealer handeled my warranty issue and he proceeds to tell me if I call Ford to complain he is not going to send someone with gas to help me. He gave me an ultimatum if I was going to call ford he would not send someone with gas. I’m guessing if he was that desperate for me not to call ford he has a lot of complaints. More
