$750 Rebate - 2016 Ford Explorer ... WOW I got a call from Groove Ford stated there was a Ford rebate for my 2016 Ford Explorer. I didn't believe it at first since I purchased the vehicle ab I got a call from Groove Ford stated there was a Ford rebate for my 2016 Ford Explorer. I didn't believe it at first since I purchased the vehicle about a year ago, but when I was in there for service, I stopped by at the Sales Desk and there was a check for me for $750! I couldn't believe it. I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. It is awesome. Thanks for the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer! More

Fair price, friendly staff. Overall I was happy with the experience I had at Groove Ford. The staff was friendly and I feel like I got a fair price. My only complaint would be that I received the car with the front license plate bracket already drilled into the bumper. There are aftermarket Solutions that do not require Drilling so I would have preferred they're not to be any holes in my bumper. I appreciate that they supplied the license plate bracket but it should be left up to the customer whether it is used or not. More

They told me that the spark plugs, coils and engine controller are bad and need to be replaced.. Over a $1000 later all my smart friends were asking me why they replaced all the parts at once and not replace the plugs and see if that I trusted them to not screw me over. I believe there techs get commission, makes since why they are replacing parts that don't need replacing. Stay away!!!!! More
