He was able to show me breakdowns of each costs for my prioritized wants in the way of gap insurance and extended warranties. Each time I went in to see Gabe she was a wealth of kn This dealership employees some of the best people I have met while shopping for my new vehicle! Each time I went in to see Gabe she was a wealth of knowledge! She worked with me endlessly to help me find a new Escape for me to ride for my daily driver to and from work. And even though she had been patiently working with me for months to help me find my next vehicle, when my company thought I was looking at other employment options, they ended up paying 100% for a new 2017 Ford Raptor for me without me knowing. Which, to my frustration, was ordered completely without my input and therefore without me being able to choose where I wanted to buy my next vehicle and who from... so even though I had worked for so long with Gabe at Groove Ford she was not able to get any credit on my deal. However you wouldn't have been able to tell by the response she gave me when I told her about my new truck...she was happy for me and excited just as if it was her that had made the commission and so genuinely so that because she was so understanding, and so courteous when I told her what happened on that sale, when I became in the market for a second car, she of course was the only one I thought of and would never work with anyone else. So I am now ready to buy myself a toy car just for fun and of course am working again with Gabe at Groove. She has taken me on more then a half dozen test drives for me to keep looking for "the one" She has been cheerful, and never pushy or trying to make me buy something I don't want or need. I will be going to her from now on for all my car buying needs and if you want to be treated with good old-fashioned customer service, go see Gabe Dawson at Groove Ford and you won't be disappointed!
