Sam Gurtler was an amazing sales associate, and immediately helped us feel comfortable and at ease. She was patient and spent the time we needed to be familiar the vehicle we purchased. We never felt pressured (which is a huge plus for us) and she was able to get all the information we needed in a timely and responsive manner.
