Great buying experience. I ordered my new Raptor a couple of months ago and it finally arrived. Overall it's was the best and easiet buying experience I've ever had. During the order process the GM Ryan Sherman helped me build my dream truck. We discussed many of the smaller details ex. Bedliner, decals and other accessories and Ryan took the time to walk me all over the dealership to show me the options he was suggesting on trucks he had in inventory. When I arrived at the dealer my truck was ready to go and sitting on the showroom floor with a nice sold sign hanging from the mirror. Zac took over and did an excellent job going over the whole process and made sure everything went smoothly. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he took the time to make sure I had everything just how I wanted before leaving. I had such a good experience I'm actually going back tomorrow to get my wife a new ride. Well done guys. More

Test Drive I stopped in Groove Ford several months ago and was greeted by sales representative Victoria Menchaca. I wanted to see the new Focus RS but they had n I stopped in Groove Ford several months ago and was greeted by sales representative Victoria Menchaca. I wanted to see the new Focus RS but they had not arrived in the dealerships yet. Victoria took my name and said she would call me when they received the cars. She actually did call me several weeks ago to tell me they had received several RS's. I stopped by and looked but was in a hurry and could not stay long. I stopped by today (4-15-2017) without an appointment and Victoria dropped what she was doing to help me. The only Focus RS they had available was on the show room and she arranged to have the car pulled out so I could drive it. Victoria is an exceptionally pleasant young lady who represents this dealership very well. If I decide to purchase this or any other new Ford, I will surely visit Groove Ford, Centennial and Victoria. Thank you Victoria and Groove management for giving me a great experience. Ron More
