She was extremely knowledgable on torque, horsepower, literally everything that made the F-150 tick. We searched through several vehicles and finally found "the one". They let us take it home to bring back a trade, but before we went, she reviewed every function of the truck. We negotiated a great price, and before the night was over we came home in the one we wanted most. We were too late to have it detailed, but Gabe followed up and had us come in the next day we were available. The detail job was amazing. Gabe even sat and had a follow up conversation with me for several minutes during the detail. I am very impressed with Groove Ford, as well as Gabe. My budget was my priority and these guys wasted no time narrowing down my options for what would fit my budget. What I needed from a vehicle and payment stand point were the priorities of the sales team. They were more concerned with what they could make work for me than trying to sell me unnecessary vehicles and features. This customer service focus followed me in to the back office and finance expert Ambrosia Tisdall walked me through all my warranty options and explained in great detail these options. I walked out of there with a great warranty on my used car that didn't break the bank at all and my monthly payment was lower than I even expected. This team genuinely cared about fitting me into the right vehicle for my needs, not the vehicle that they would make the most money on. If you are in the market for a new or used car you must check out Groove Ford, these guys are fair, trustworthy, and knowledgeable.
