She was the exact opposite. Knowledgeable and friendly, and without being pushy with the sale. I didn't buy a new truck but instead bought used so several items had to be addressed after the sale was complete. In the past at other car dealers I have worried because they seem to forget about you as soon as you leave...But not Gabe. She was the best at follow up with any purchase I have made on any product. She made this used truck PERFECT! Just like new! And with all the vehicles I have purchased in my life I have never met a salesman who was more on top of their game. Top notch professional salesman. I was searching the used car market for a used Toyota 4Runner so I visited Groove Ford to browse their used lot. I was greeted by Terry Cruz who warm I was searching the used car market for a used Toyota 4Runner so I visited Groove Ford to browse their used lot. I was greeted by Terry Cruz who warmly welcomed me and quickly showed me a couple of vehicles they had on their lot. The vehicles were incredibly clean for their age and mileage but weren't exactly what I was looking for. Terry assured me that he would be on the hunt for the vehicle that I was in search of. Two days later I received a call from Terry, informing me that a 4Runner was just traded in that matched my specific wishes. By the time I arrived at the dealership that evening the vehicle had already been through its service "check-up" and was all detailed up waiting for me. The vehicle was EXACTLY what I was looking for and I went home with it that day. I was very impressed with the personal dedication that Terry provided in finding my vehicle and bending over backwards to make sure that it was all prepared for me when I showed up to take a look at it.
